Herb-Crusted Lamb Cutlets

Ingredients
- 8 lamb cutlets
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Press the parsley, garlic, and rosemary into both sides of the cutlets.
- Sear in a hot pan with olive oil, 2 minutes per side for medium.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
