Green Goddess Grain Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup English peas
- 1/2 cup edamame
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp herb dressing (parsley, lemon, oil)
- Handful of pumpkin seeds
Method
- Layer the quinoa in a bowl as the base.
- Arrange the peas, edamame, and avocado over the top.
- Spoon over the herb dressing and finish with pumpkin seeds.
