Seared Salmon, Blood Orange Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets, skin on
  • 1 blood orange, juiced and zested
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Sear the salmon skin-side down in a hot pan until the skin crisps.
  2. Flip and cook through, then rest on a plate.
  3. Reduce the blood orange juice, honey, and soy in the same pan to a glaze and spoon over.
