Seared Salmon, Blood Orange Glaze

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, skin on
- 1 blood orange, juiced and zested
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Sear the salmon skin-side down in a hot pan until the skin crisps.
- Flip and cook through, then rest on a plate.
- Reduce the blood orange juice, honey, and soy in the same pan to a glaze and spoon over.
