Nectarine & Heirloom Tomato Panzanella

Ingredients
- 3 heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 nectarines, sliced
- 2 cups torn sourdough, toasted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Handful of basil
Method
- Toss the tomatoes and nectarines with olive oil and vinegar, let sit 10 minutes.
- Fold through the toasted bread just before serving so it softens slightly.
- Finish with torn basil.
