Ingredients

  • 2 blood oranges
  • 200g burrata
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Flaky salt
  • Fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Slice the blood oranges thinly, removing the peel and pith.
  2. Arrange on a serving plate with the torn burrata.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and finish with flaky salt and mint.
