Charred Radicchio & Anchovy Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 head radicchio, quartered
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 4 slices sourdough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Lemon zest

Method

  1. Char the radicchio quarters in a hot pan until the edges blacken.
  2. Grill the sourdough and rub with the raw garlic clove.
  3. Top the toast with radicchio and anchovy, then finish with oil and lemon zest.
