Charred Radicchio & Anchovy Toast

Ingredients
- 1 head radicchio, quartered
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 4 slices sourdough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Lemon zest
Method
- Char the radicchio quarters in a hot pan until the edges blacken.
- Grill the sourdough and rub with the raw garlic clove.
- Top the toast with radicchio and anchovy, then finish with oil and lemon zest.
